About Horizon Home Care

Horizon Home Care is a family-owned home care agency, founded in 2015, with a mission to provide exceptional, person-centered care to individuals of all ages who need assistance to live independently at home and in their communities. Whether it’s assisting with everyday tasks, providing companionship or offering nursing support, our caregivers and staff members treat every client like family.

Muse Elmi Owner and President

Muse graduated from the University of Missouri in 1999 with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He has been employed by one of Kansas City’s largest organizations for over twenty years. During his tenure, he has managed multiple successful projects and has also been involved in the healthcare field for seven years, establishing a name for himself in the Home and Community-Based Services community.
