Home & Community Based Personal Care Service: (PCA Services)
Personal Care Services are provided to individuals enrolled in Missouri Medicaid that require or choose to have their care directed by the agency and assigned to a caregiver.

Personal Care tasks can include:
- Personal Care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Mobility and Transfer Assistance
- Household Tasks (meals, cleaning, laundry)
- Essential Shopping and Errands
- Advanced Personal Care (ostomy care, range of motion, transfer devices)
- Maintenance Nursing Visits (med set-ups and assessments)
- Respite and Advanced respite care for family caregivers
